CAAA Award of Excellence Application Guidelines Sponsored by: The Caribbean Association of Adventists in Alberta (CAAA) in trust, from a generous donor. Purpose: To reward the achievement of excellence of an Alberta post-secondary student who is enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program. This student must demonstrate excellence in their academic achievements, Spiritual walk with God and community service. Value: $5000. A recipient may only receive a lifetime maximum of two CAAA Scholarships. Message from the President 2019

I think the saying “time flies” is no longer just a saying because we are experiencing it. I can’t believe CAAA is turning 40 already. WOW! I remember when I moved to Edmonton in 1981, I did not see anyone who looked like me at work or in the stores that I frequented. When you did glimpse someone you cracked a big smile and waved if they were across the street from you. CAAA Scholarship Application

CAAA Scholarship Fund Guidelines Sponsored by: The Caribbean Association of Adventists in Alberta (CAAA). Purpose: To reward the outstanding academic achievement of Alberta post-secondary students who are enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program and are in financial need. These are students who demonstrate the values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and/or contribute to the promotion of Caribbean culture in Alberta. Value: $500 to $1000 issued as funds are available. A recipient may only receive a lifetime maximum of two CAAA Scholarships. Dr. Wesley Knight Bio

Dr. Wesley Knight, is a preacher, pastor, professor, mentor, author and agent of change. His is the Pastor of the Fusion Atlanta Church in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Knight is also the President and Co-Founder of Communiversity, a Non-Profit organization that provides leadership training, ministry consulting, and community empowerment both nationally and internationally. Dr. Knight recently served as the Assistant Professor of Preaching and Religion at Oakwood University.
