Join us September 4-7, 2015 for the CAAA’s 36th annual Family Retreat. This years theme is ‘Chosen’ and we will be hearing from our keynote speaker, Pastor Johnathan Henderson. Jonathan Henderson serves as Pacific Union College campus chaplain and as associate pastor of the PUC church. He has traveled all over the world sharing the gospel message at churches, academies, universities, camp meetings, and on television. When he was 19, he spoke at the General Conference Session in Holland. After graduating from PUC with a bachelor’s degree in theology, Henderson started his career at the PUC church as outreach minister. He then served for three years as the associate pastor of the Campus Hill church in Loma Linda, where his ministry focused on collegiate and young adult groups. For the next decade Henderson pastored the Grand Advent church in Oakland. During his tenure, the church grew from 25 active members to 400. Henderson authored the book, Worth Every Drop: A Journey into the Heart of God. He and his wife, Iris, added two children, Jessica and Nathan, to their family in 2012. Jessica has completed her first year at Pacific Union College and Nathan has completed his first year in preschool.
